@bulam Congrats, smart utility for hosts. How does ProhostAI handle edge‑case guest messages and multi‑property ops—rate changes, overbookings, escalations—and can teams set brand‑safe playbooks so AI replies stay on‑tone while honoring house rules and RBAC?
@tonyabracadabra thank you! Great questions! Here’s how we handle those cases:
Edge cases: The AI automatically creates memories on how to handle various cases. It creates a lot of memories like “When X happens do this”. It also reviews and consolidated its memories and creates very nuanced memories on how different cases should be handled.
Multi property ops: The AI creates memories that apply across all listings and sub-groups of listings so it’s able to learn multi property SOPs, like cross selling properties. It generally is able to learn most SOPs hosts have organically.
Escalations: Each AI response has a confidence score based on factuality and supporting evidence. If the confidence score is below 90% it gets escalated to the user for review.
Brand tone: Yes, the AI learns very nuanced brand tone and communication memories on how to communicate guests!
RBAC: We do have quite granular permission system by feature and listing. We provide the AI a lot of guidelines on how and what information can be used and each host account then further refines those policies with the automatically generated memories.

@roozbehfirouz Yes! One of our key features is self-improving AI memory. We create memories about listings, hosts and guests! We can get to 80% accuracy within 2 weeks for most users. We also learn writing styles automatically so the AI sounds different for each user!
I have to say combining guest messaging, cleaning schedules, and AI upsells in one app is absolutely awesome—juggling multiple platforms always made hosting so stressful for me. Is the upsell feature customizable for different guest profiles?
@cruise_chen we are working on personalization for the upsells! It’s a great idea and perfect use case for the AI! We already extract AI notes for each guest about special occasions, trip members etc so it will be easy to layer in!
