Been using Productlane at Francis for the past year. First, Productlane has enabled our team to work with customer feedback in ways that we would previously not dare to dream about! The speed at which we can review feedback when developing new features and use it to guide our own product roadmap is incredibly satisfying. Second, the speed at which these guys develop new features is crazy! Productlane is truly one of those products, where you feel like the team behind is reading your mind!
