I'm a big fan of using aptitude tests to screen candidates before interviews. Interviews are just not that effective in evaluating candidate performance.
This is the first product I've seen where there some basic programming challenges and a code editor built right in (Other platforms could have this and I'm just unaware). I usually want to test just aptitude and personality in the testing phase because this is harder to get from an interview. But some basic programming tests could be a good screen instead of wasting 30-60 minutes with an unqualified candidate at the interview stage.

@eriktorenberg yes, we also believe that both the products are quite complimentary to each other. A virtual interview after online technical evaluation on Potknox will take out a lot of pain from the hiring process.
