Most AI phone tools are built for enterprises — APIs, workflows, sales automation. PollyReach is built for you. Give your AI a real phone number. Say "book me a table for 7pm" — it finds the number, makes the call, handles the conversation, and reports back with a summary, recording & transcript. It also answers your phone 24/7 and screens spam. Works in 50+ languages.

AI handling IVR menus is the killer feature for me. Those "press 1 for billing" loops are my villain origin story.
PollyReach
@lieuben Hahaha totally get that vibe! Those endless IVR menu loops are truly everyone’s biggest phone headache.
PollyReach
@lieuben Glad to hear that! Handling IVR is a special power in our product haha.
Real talk: having it screen spam calls 24/7 might be the most valuable feature. My phone is a disaster zone.
PollyReach
@andrew_paul11 Totally agree! Round-the-clock spam call screening is such a game-changer. It instantly identifies and blocks nuisance sales, robocalls and scam lines automatically, only letting genuine important calls get through. Finally you can free your phone from endless annoying interruptions.
PollyReach
@andrew_paul11 Totally agree! But this won’t be an issue soon. Let your AI phone assistant handle all the calls, filter what matters most, and free up your valuable time.
A real phone number changes everything. Most AI callers are clearly robots from day one.
PollyReach
@dylan_russell Exactly! Owning an actual legitimate phone number makes all the difference. Unlike generic robotic-sounding AI callers, ours feels authentic right away, so conversations flow naturally without instant suspicion.
PollyReach
@dylan_russell Yes! A personal assistant should have its own mind, memory and knowledge — the phone is simply one of its tools.
The transcript + recording combo is underrated. Proof of what was said beats I never said that every time.
PollyReach
@daris_esteban Absolutely! Call transcripts paired with full recordings are super practical. They serve as solid evidence of every conversation, perfectly resolving disputes and eliminating he-said-she-said situations effortlessly.
PollyReach
@daris_esteban That is exactly right. Solving real problems requires real details, not just a vague result.
Feels less like one of those robotic AI callers and more like an actual assistant handling stuff for you.
The “book me a table” use case is honestly super relatable 😂
PollyReach
@campritchard Couldn’t agree more!
PollyReach
@campritchard Appreciate this feedback! We built PollyReach to sound like a real helpful assistant, not a rigid robot. Restaurant bookings really hit home for most people 😂

The barge-in handling plus the explicit Confirmed/Voicemail/Declined/No answer status labels are the details that stand out to me. Over-claiming success seems like the failure mode that erodes trust fastest, so reporting outcomes literally is the right call. I build voice AI for aging-in-place, daily check-in calls to older parents, and the hardest part has been turn-taking with slower speech: older folks pause mid-sentence and a normal VAD reads it as end-of-turn and cuts in. Have you done anything specific to adapt endpointing for elderly or hearing-impaired callers, or is timing tuned for a general adult speaker?
waiting on hold and handling phone menus autonomously is harder than it sounds, most voice agents skip that entirely
PollyReach
@jhansi_32 Can't agree more. Making phone calls may seem simple, but in reality, it is extremly complex and requires handling many real-world issues. It is quite different from typical voice agent.
