Most AI phone tools are built for enterprises — APIs, workflows, sales automation. PollyReach is built for you. Give your AI a real phone number. Say "book me a table for 7pm" — it finds the number, makes the call, handles the conversation, and reports back with a summary, recording & transcript. It also answers your phone 24/7 and screens spam. Works in 50+ languages.

For the rental property use case how does it handle urgent maintenance calls after hours?
PollyReach
@daniel_harris11
It filters ordinary inquiries, marks urgent issues first, then sends full summaries via email ,you can set rules to directly forward critical emergencies to property managers right away.
PollyReach
@daniel_harris11 This is a very suitable scenario because it can take the call 24/7, collect issue details and escalate urgent maintenance requests automatically.
Hello - what sort of compliance do you have right now? Can it be used in healthcare?
PollyReach
@its_maddy_a We follow standard global data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA and local telecom call rules. All call recordings, transcripts and user data are fully encrypted with strict access control.
PollyReach
@its_maddy_a Great question! We haven’t prepared for healthcare‑related use cases yet, but we’d consider building support if there are suitable real‑world scenarios. Could you share more about your use case and the specific problems you’re hoping to solve?
Congrats on launching this useful tool! I'm curious whether the numbers PollyReach has would be considered valid ones. I know many cell phones would automatically filter seemingly suspicious calls, so I would like to make sure the calls will actually get through.
PollyReach
@jinhao_bai2 Thank you for your question! The numbers we use are valid new numbers. However, regulations vary by country, we have supported several countries so far, except for those with extremely strict compliance requirements.
PollyReach
@jinhao_bai2 Thank you! All assigned numbers are legitimate carrier-backed numbers.
How does it handle situations where the restaurant asks for a credit card to hold the reservation — does the AI pause and hand off to you, or is that not in scope yet?
PollyReach
@hirogure It won’t input or confirm any payment, card info or deposit details on its own
PollyReach
@hirogure That is a very sharp and important question. When payment‑related information is involved right now, the AI will state it cannot handle such requests and notify the owner after the call.
We’ve been closely evaluating this feature, but we take personal sensitive and payment data very seriously. We want to find the right approach and timing before supporting these high‑privacy scenarios.
@gia_xu That's the right call honestly — better to draw a hard line on payment data than to build it in before the trust infrastructure is ready. The notify-after approach makes sense as a safe default.
PollyReach
@hirogure Thanks a lot, can't agree more.
the 24/7 answering and spam screening is actually the feature i'd pay for before the outbound calling. but i'd want to know how it handles calls that are ambiguous, like a call that starts sounding like spam but turns out to be a real person you'd want to talk to. does it make that judgment call and potentially screen out something important or does it always route uncertain calls through? that failure mode matters a lot more than the easy cases
PollyReach
@ansari_adin That’s an excellent point and really thoughtful analysis! Our AI agent will answer all incoming calls first, then relay the key information to you. It can intelligently prioritize calls, screen out spam, and summarize each incoming call, so uncertain or ambiguous calls will never be mistakenly blocked.
PollyReach
@ansari_adin Got your point clearly.
Our system adopts a conservative screening logic to avoid missing important calls.

Finally, an AI voice tool that isn’t just another enterprise call center API! Building this for everyday, personal use is a breath of fresh air. Having an AI run the gauntlet of tedious phone calls, screen out the endless spam, and just hand you back a tidy transcript is a massive quality-of-life upgrade.
The 50+ languages support is huge, too. Quick question on the outbound calling side: How does PollyReach handle automated phone trees/menus (IVR)? If it calls a restaurant and hits a "Press 1 for reservations, press 2 for hours" prompt, can the AI navigate those steps on its own to reach the right person?
PollyReach
@manal_essalek1 Thanks for the kind words! And to answer your IVR question — yes, PollyReach detects IVR prompts and presses the right keys automatically. You never have to sit through "Press 1 for..." yourself. The AI navigates the menu and handles the conversation once it gets through.
PollyReach
@manal_essalek1 Really appreciate your recognition!

@shafiulkadermahe Could you please share the exact error message you received? Or send us the relevant link/screenshot, and we will look into it for you.
PollyReach
@shafiulkadermahe Call failures to Bangladesh numbers usually come down to number format, carrier routing, or country restrictions—let’s fix it step by step.
