We’re launching our AI-first workspace, where legal teams get a powerful toolkit: a simple chat assistant backed by your company’s full knowledge base, cases, docs, internal templates, and a suite of useful AI agents.
This agent comes to life with simple modules - pair a “Document Input” with the “AI-powered Analyzer module” right on the canvas and voilà.
And of course, it can even go deeper. Deploy it with your personalized company - or case context, and watch it turn into a surprisingly powerful tool. Add some more context or personalized instructions, and it’s like giving your legal work a brain upgrade—handling tedious tasks in a snap.
We’re all about letting legal pros take the reins. You know your world best, so why wrestle with code or ping-pong with devs?
Build what you need, fast—whether you’re a solo lawyer scaling your expertise or a legal team churning through contracts. It’s flexible: use it as an external app or embed it where you work.
For the tech heads out there, you’ll dig the speed. No clunky setups - just craft agents that tackle document analysis or whatever else you throw at them, with room for custom tweaks. Less technical? No sweat - it’s intuitive enough to jump in and start building.
Here’s a taste of what else we can do: - Document Redactor Agent: Link - Document Translator Agent: Link - Document Fill Agent: Link
We’ve seen teams cut hours off their week already, and we’re just getting started. What do you think - got a legal task you’d toss at it? Drop a comment, we’d love to hear!
@felixgerlach Congrats on the launch! Pretty impressive feat. Your API docs seem quite limited, do you only offer those endpoints, or are there plans to expand?
We will soon extend API support to any specific legal agent that has been built. This means there is no longer one monolithic API, but rather a network of specialized, dedicated APIs—one for each agent. You have full control over whether to keep your agent private or make it publicly available.
Custom agents for legal teams is the inevitable future.
Forensic observation on your positioning web-signal:
Your UI/Brand language feels very "Modern Lifestyle / D2C" (beige tones, soft typography). While beautiful, it might create cognitive friction for conservative Enterprise Legal Departments.
General Counsels usually look for "Boring Reliability" signals rather than "Trendy Aesthetics". It costs contracts.
Just a thought on point for upmarket sales. Hope you beat the market!
What AI models and architectures power your legal assistant, and how do you integrate them to ensure accurate retrieval from the knowledge base while maintaining the contextual understanding required for complex legal queries?
We power our legal assistant with a mix of RAG and multi-LLM architecture, where different LLMs handle specific tasks. We found that certain LLMs are very good on some tasks, and others not. In total we use 6 different LLMs under the hood.
To ensure precise retrieval from the knowledge base while maintaining deep contextual understanding, we’ve built a custom deep research mechanism that loops through multiple queries, refining and cross-validating results for highly accurate legal insights.
Our self-built deep research feature can perform deep research on any legal topic by combining search engines, web scraping, and calling other agents. Currently it loops 4 times (depth & breadth) with an own intelligent query generation and comes up with deeply researched answers.

Excited to launch Platus on Product Hunt today! 🚀
I’m Alex Sporenberg, CEO of Platus, and our journey in legal tech started with Beglaubigt.de, where we made notarization fast and seamless. But we quickly realized that notarization is just one piece of a much bigger puzzle.
Legal teams aren’t just struggling with signatures—they’re buried in manual work: contract reviews, redactions, translations, and endless compliance tasks. So we asked ourselves: What if AI could handle the busywork?
With Platus, we’ve built AI-powered legal agents that automate the entire workflow—analyzing contracts, redacting sensitive data, translating documents, and more. No clunky setups, no dev bottlenecks—just legal automation that works.
This is just the beginning, and I’d love your thoughts. Check it out, give it a spin, and let us know what you think! 💡🔥
Congrats on the launch! I get how this is super useful. Who needs this the most?

@marc_klingen Thanks! We primarily serve legal professionals, financial institutions, and businesses that deal with high volumes of legally binding documents. Our platform is particularly valuable for compliance companies, companies with many cross-border activities, fintechs, and law firms that require fast, compliant, and fully digital notarization and legal services, certified translations, and legal document handling across multiple jurisdictions.
Who in your network do you think would benefit the most from this?
Keep cooking Platus 🌶️🌶️🌶️ AI improving one of the most frustrating industries as a consumer is exactly what we need!

@robin_rudolph Exactly! The foundation of every legal transaction are documents... and who’s better equipped to handle them, humans or tech (platus.com)?

Hey Product Hunt crew!
I’m Felix Gerlach, chef cook at platus (platus.com). We’re thrilled to launch our legal agent platform today.
It’s built to make legal departments faster, smarter, and honestly just better at getting stuff done.
Think custom agents you can shape to your needs - deploy them as standalone apps or right inside your team’s workflow.
One standout is our “Analyzer Agent.” Give it a spin here: https://app.platus.com/apps/f5c9...
