I use Pendo for the Analytics first. It really gave us the ability to tie our departments together through the Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk integrations. I'd be really interested to read the study but don't like how downloading is blocked if you don't agree to receive an email newsletter. I'm assuming the email newsletter is part of a sales pitch or some kind of drip campaign.

I'm kind of disheartened with Key finding #6 but it's true. Wish reports like this have their data published allowing folks to manipulate in Tableau of some sort.

I liked the structure of this book because the author focuses on the key points of conducting his product. This book can be understood by inexperienced product managers who want to build a quality vertical. I recently read a selection of quotes https://freebooksummary.com/category/their-eyes-were-watching-god-quizzes about unlocking our potential. This book helped me understand a simple consumer principle. A quality product is a high level of organization of the process of creating this product.
