Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ivan, the founder of payed.me. payed.me is invoicing software you can run by asking. There is a chat assistant inside the app that works with your own business data: invoices, quotes, expenses, tracked hours, mileage, stock and clients. You describe what you need in plain English and it finds the numbers, totals them per currency, or drafts the document for you. The part I cared about most while building it: it never acts on its own. Every invoice, edit, deletion or reminder it prepares is shown to you first, and nothing is saved or sent until you confirm it. When it bills tracked work, those hours are marked invoiced, so they cannot go out twice. Important: your clients' addresses, emails and tax numbers are never part of what the assistant sends to the AI. Invoicing is where this is most useful, so that is the proof: ask it to bill a month of tracked hours, expenses and trips and it assembles the draft invoice for you to approve. The free plan has five invoices a month, quotes, automatic reminders and multi-currency, and the assistant is included on it. No card required. One limitation to be clear about: card payments on invoices are live through Stripe, and pay-via-link works for UK accounts (for now), in any currency. I would value feedback on two things: whether an assistant that always waits for approval is something you would trust with financial documents, and which admin task you would want it to take over next.
