👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Ram, the founder of Pavear.
We built Pavear after spending time with solo instructors—independent music teachers, swim instructors, dance coaches, art teachers—who love teaching but end up spending way too much time juggling schedules, messages, trials, and follow-ups on their own.
Even when using tools like calendars or spreadsheets, many instructors still rely on manual coordination, scattered messages, and gut feel to manage enrollments and fill classes.
Pavear brings scheduling, trials, enrollments, and student tracking into one simple place—so you can focus more on teaching and less on admin. Families get a clean, modern way to discover your offerings, book trials, and enroll online without back-and-forth messages.
On top of that, Pavear includes an AI-powered assistant that can answer common parent questions, recommend the right classes, and guide families through discovery and enrollment—acting like a helpful front desk, even if you’re a one-person business.
Our goal is simple: help solo instructors spend less time on operations, make smarter decisions about what to offer, and grow sustainably—without needing to hire staff or stitch together multiple tools.
