This looks great. I'm using sth similar, but I'm open to exploring new solutions. I have a question though, I'd like to know if you can see the company name in real time. So you start a chat with the visitor and you see the company they are with? No account needed?
On a side note, the video on the LP that starts playing automatically can be a little irritating if you have your speaker volume high. It's just my personal opinion.

About chat interface customization, if it's what you mean, you can change the chatbox color, the logo the name shown on the chat too. But if you meant something else please let me know so I can better clarify it :)
@ahmedsaleh the public pricing page is on its way, at the moment the price is shown only inside the product! Anyway, after the free trial, the price starts at β¬199/month! We think it's a small investment for a product that aims to increase revenues :)
