Oplin unifies data from 50+ wearables/apps (Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal etc. ) into one intelligent platform. Chat with your health data using AI to uncover patterns, correlations, and actionable insights you'd never see in individual apps. One Oplin, All Your Health Data.

Hey all!
I'm Thiseas, founder of Oplin!
I've been tracking my health data for 7+ years through multiple wearables and I've always wondered: “why isn't this data being used in any meaningful way?”
Your Garmin tells you your HRV dropped. Your EightSleep says your sleep was bad. But why? What patterns exist across everything?
This is why I'm building Oplin.
Oplin connects your wearables and health/fitness apps into one platform. We unify your data and provide advanced analytics so you can identify interesting patterns.
Oplin evolves daily based on user feedback. I'd love to hear yours (good or bad!)! What integrations are you missing? What insights would be most valuable?
Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

@thiseasel congratulations on the launch! This is one of the most comprehensive tools I've seen for tracking your own health data.
Couple of quick questions:
1) Your health reports feature looks really useful - is the format optimised specifically for doctors and health providers?
2) What sort of non-health information can the chatbot take into account? e.g. in downcast nations like the UK, health professionals generally recommend Vitamin D by default.
1) There are 2 types of reports. - Daily AI Reports: These compare today's data vs historical (e.g., your sleep score was down 15% today in comparison with last week).
- Health Reports: PDF Reports that you can share with your personal trainers or health providers! Users requested that as an easy way to share their data with healthcare providers.
2) The AI knows general health guidelines, but gets powerful when you share your location. It can then combine regional advice with your patterns! (for example, you live in London and your data shows low outdoor activity, "consider Vitamin D)
That said, Oplin currently does not provide medical advice. Thats why we provide the PDF reports, so experts can make medical decisions based on your data.

@thiseasel Hey! Oplin looks really impressive, unifying data from that many wearables and letting users chat with their health data is powerful stuff.
Just a quick heads-up in case it’s helpful: products that touch health data + AI + third-party integrations tend to need extra care around Privacy Policy and Terms (especially consent, data sources, retention, and liability boundaries).
You might already have this covered, but if you ever want a second pair of eyes or help sanity-checking it as you scale, I’d be happy to help. Really cool product tho!
Congrats on the launch! Can you give some examples of meaningful advice or insights that I can get from Oplin if I were to connect my garmin, Ultrahuman ring, and eight sleep? What type of interactions does the user have with the app? I.e. do I get notifs to exercise more to hit my goals etc?
Oplin can be used to unify the data across all three devices, to find patterns no single app can show you! For example: Our pre-workout report will look at your Garmin training history + sleep history from Ultrahuman/Eightsleep, and then tell you:
- The best time to hit the gym (based on your data) - Should you go hard or take it easy today 💪 - Optimal workout length based on your recovery state (or last night's sleep)
You can ask the chat directly, things like "Why do I feel tired after 7pm workouts?" and discover not just if, but why late night workouts affect your sleep.
It's like having a data scientist who knows your body, you chat naturally, it runs the statistics and explains everything!
p.s. I found out that late workouts actually improve my sleep quality and deep sleep by 20% (which is quite unusual!)
Hey! First of all congrats on an awesome product launch built on Terra 😍
What sort of longitudinal analyses can Oplin perform on data? I.e. how do you look at trends over time (do you perform aggregations, are those based on users' prompts or are they static rulesets which the LLM then goes over the results of, etc...)
On the user's dashboard you can find correlations and statistical anomaly tests that run in real time. When a user asks a question, the analysis becomes dynamic. The LLM uses tool orchestration, where the AI decides which analytical queries to run against our database based on what you're asking.
So if you ask "why did my sleep quality drop last week?" , it aggregates sleep metrics, looks for changes in other variables (workout timing, caffeine, stress), runs correlations and statistical tests, and explains what it found.
@thiseasel that's awesome! Can opling ingest data from the user? E.g. I want to log behaviors and "hard to track" items and then later see how they correlate with my sleep.
E.g. "I ate earlier than normal today" or "I'm taking 250mg magnesium this entire week"
And then ask it later on

@alex_venetidis Yes! Oplin has a built-in habit tracker that allows you to add any "hard to track" metrics, such as what time you ate or supplementation!
These habits, have their own analysis (same with the wearable data), and are also added in the LLM and the calculations, so you can ask questions about how you habits affect your health!
Seriously cool - great to see a product that coordinates the insights across so many devices! I want to use something like this to structure a concerted effort to improve my health - could you tell me more about goal setting using Oplin?
Right now Oplin is focused more on discovery, helping you understand what affects your health and how to improve it. Goals is an update I'm working on right now, but currently we have weekly/daily health-checks (subjective reports), that allow you to keep track of your goals.
Each chat also has history so you can update your goals in individual chats, but definitely planning on adding more goal based features soon!🚀
This looks amazing – I've been looking for an AI that can work with my health data as context!

Oplin tackles a problem many quantified self users feel every day. We collect so much health data but rarely get meaningful answers across platforms. Unifying everything and letting users chat with their data feels incredibly powerful. Congrats on the launch.
