Nourish - Better News
We’re reimagining news - leading with channels, not headlines. Helping busy people stay informed.
All news (and social) apps are designed to exploit your attention. The most shocking, frustrating, anxiety-inducing headline wins.
Nourish is different. Calm, balanced news from around the world - delivered quickly.
No ads, no trackers... and no headlines!
Really sweet idea! I feel like I see the same headline repeated everywhere, whatever is the most attention grabbing. How does Nourish keep it balanced, but also keep me informed of other news, rather than just the top trending headline for that day?

We've re-imagined how you access news from the ground up. Rather than starting with the headline ... and the biggest story ... Nourish focuses on "Channels".
You choose what you want to read about. It's intentional - not lead by sensation, FOMO and dopamine.
We've four marquee channels:
Five-a-Day = 5 stories; one national, one international, one strange, one fascinating, one positive.
Around The World = 5 stories from countries that don't get much coverage otherwise.
Who's New = 5 stories about people who are hitting the headlines; mini biographies, obituaries etc.
No'mo FOMO = 5 of the big stories you'd probably expect to see, if you're headline hunting.
There's then an "Editor's Pick" section with a few channels on the big global topics (Iran, Ukraine, etc)...
Then we break into the usual; politics, business, social, environment, sport, etc for each region ...
This way, you choose what you want to know about ... and we deliver a bite-size update on that subject so that you get just the right amount of information and waste no time.
Does that make sense?
