Hi mobile builders! 📉 After pinpointing that conversion or churn is an issue, I always go back to 1 under-looked aspect: screens. It’s the lowest common denominator! We all see the same screens when downloading a mobile app. 🤳🏼 When I started as a product manager building mobile apps, it was very difficult to create and test multiple flows. Our designer was always strapped, let alone asking analytics and engineering to create 2-3 extra flows for me to test. 🐼 After hearing many stories of the difficulty of creating multiple flows, let alone seeing the results (77% of mobile downloads drop within 3 days - https://andrewchen.com/new-data-...), I set out to create a simple way for low-fidelity mockups to be created. 🔥 Introducing Onboarding Swipe! Awesome work! I found that poor on boarding is very likely to make me not bother with an app, some are so involved it’s like they haven’t tried to optimise and others are non-existent - if this can help companies find a middle ground it gets up upvote 😂
