It pulls from MLB Stats API, FanGraphs projections, and Baseball Savant Statcast data to back up every suggestion. The thing I use most is the daily brief. Every morning at 9am it emails me a quick 3-line summary with swap suggestions before games start. It's free and it saves me from benching a guy on the IL or missing a favorable pitching matchup.
