I’m Ravikant, the solo founder behind Nuvix.
I spent the last year building Nuvix because I was tired of the "BaaS Wall." You know the one: you start a project with a popular BaaS because it’s fast, but as soon as you need complex schemas, custom permissions, or high-scale performance, the tool starts fighting you.
I wanted to build a platform that gives you the "Speed of Firebase" with the "Power of AWS/Postgres."

Modern apps are data-hungry and AI-driven, yet we’re still "gluing" backends together. Stitching together databases, auth layers, and storage buckets usually leads to a fragmented DX and scaling headaches.

I built Nuvix from the ground up to be a unified, high-performance engine:

🧩 The Triple-Schema System: Whether you need a flexible Document store, a Managed DDL-triggered setup, or raw Unmanaged Postgres power - we support all three.
🔐 Security First: Fine-grained permissions are baked into the data layer (supporting Cookies, API Keys, and JWT) so you don't have to "bolt on" security later.
📦 Total Control: Self-host it today to keep your data in your environment, or wait for our managed cloud version coming soon.
🗣️ NuvQL: A custom URL-based query language designed to make complex data fetching feel like a breeze.
