Review of nuka
After funding the original Nuke External Stationary item on kickstarter in 2019 i am still waiting for my item. Even though they are advertising it for sale on their site , they have not sent me one after almost 3 years

It's a scam. I ordered mine last year, but I never got anything but objections about why we never get the product. You should avoid this company as a plague.
Hey Bala!
Last month was unpredictably hard for our team.
It started with defective parts for nuka from a few parts in the supply chain, which push us to change the suppliers and re-order those parts. That’s normal and has to not effected on the delivery time much.
Then war in Ukraine, our native country where all operations happen.
Then 2 COVID lockdowns in China that stop manufacturing.
And finally, we have passed all of this and nuka is sending out next week and every nuka.me order will receive the tracking number during the next week.
It’s been a looong delay, but we’ve managed to give as fast as a possible response to support requests and keep updating in our e-mail newsletter about everything that’s going on.
Support could be better and we are working on this right now, rebuilding our operations from scratch.

nuka is not a scam.
We put the gift with an additional eraser as a gift to each order made at nuka.me.
We are really thankful for your patience and understanding.

Thank you, Bala.
I guess it isn't a scam after all, as it finally arrived. It's a miracle – sort of...
Firstly, I ordered in January 2022, and it didn't arrive until the end of July – six months later.
During that time, I'd reached out to support a few times and had been assured it would arrive, and it didn't. I'd reach out again, and they'd reassure me it's coming, coupled with excuses after excuses – some you obviously can't argue with, but others should've been anticipated by Nuka...
After so much turmoil, including me asking for a refund, I was given a shipment date and told I'd receive a free gift. Well, it finally arrived, but where's the "free gift"? No such thing, liars, as given their reputation.
Now onto the actual product: The design is all there, it feels nice in your hand, the materials feel premium, the magnets work wonderfully and the Nuka pencil is beautiful – albeit nowhere near as good-looking as my desk pen, the Brass Pen by Grovemade. The paper feel is surprisingly familiar, given it feels like the same material as used on a British currency note, thin and plastic that's very hard to tear and resistant to water. Great, but if you appreciate high-quality matte paper, then this isn't for you. The book cover is silicone, which is alright. Inside the book, there are three styles: to-do lists, planner and dot-grid, which is very useful.
BUT... for me at least, the writing experience is crap. It doesn't give much feedback given there's no ink, and the Nuka pencil nib is too big, so personally I don't like the writing experience. The lines are also very faint, barely visible even compared to a traditional pencil. It's not at all dark lines like Nuka's promotional garbage.
Erasing feels like a step back, using a traditional pencil and rubber is less faff, and you get similar results. It barely gets rid of everything, the spray stinks and is a faff. I'd go as far to say that a rubber is actually better.
The app is okay, fairly intuitive and simple enough to pick up and use. It picks up the lines very well, considering they're barely visible. But if you have small hand-writing, it's hard to make out.
All-in-all, I think it's a waste of money, waste of materials, waste of time. I'm sure that somebody out there will love it, but as someone who's a tech-nerd who has an undying reservation for high-quality pen and paper, it's not for me.
I purchased the product in December of last year for delivery in February. I have written countless emails with no response. I empathized with the company's issues (COVID, the war in Ukraine, defective parts, etc.) and waited patiently. I received multiple emails that my Nuka notebook would be sent, and I still have not received it. I emailed the team asking for an update at least 5 times over the past 2 months and have yet to receive a response.
Now I see they have sent Nuka notebooks, pens, etc. to customers who ordered significantly after I placed mine. This has easily been one of the worst customer experiences of my life and have since requested a refund. I doubt I'll receive the refund and will need to contact my credit card company to report the scam/fraud. Very disappointing to say the least.
As everyone else i ordered the item in February with delivery to occur on March. End of March contacted Nuka and received the "delivery issue" response. Rather than going back and forth on a refund, i dispute the issue with my cc and got my money back. For any user dispute can be issued after 90 days of purchase as part of the cosumer protection. Personally i think the company makes interest on the money before any refund is issued.
I paid for the whole set and some extra - and never received the product, and didn't get my money back as well. The support stopped replying. Their email inboxes seem to be non-existent now as well, as Google returns the emails to my inbox.
I will avoid not only this product, but also any future ventures from the founders too: Kateryna Mikhalko, Eugene Shylo, Nikita Vladykin. They scammed people for money with Nuka.

Waiting for 6 months for my order and nothing so far. I requested a refund multiple times but keep receiving automated emails mentioning their current "challenges" but I want a refund simple as that.

Review of nuka
I’ve been following Nuka since it first announced on kickstarter. Thankfully, I decided not to order then. After they announced their batch on their website in April I decided to take the risk and order one, with promises that it would be delivered between 5th-10th of May. It’s now July 3rd and all I’ve experienced from this company is a massive lack of communication, secretly pushing back dates, and no notebooks delivered to anyone as far as I can tell. The concept is good, and I understand that a lot of delays can be attributed to supply chain issues and the war in Ukraine. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and empty promises.
If the product isn’t ready, don’t promise a delivery date. If that delivery date changes, send an email to your customers to keep them in the know. The most frustrating part of this whole experience has been the lack of communication and for this reason, I will not buy another one of these notebooks and I won’t be recommending it to anyone anymore either.
If you like the concept, buy one to have. You might actually get it one day, you might not. I won’t be requesting a refund because I’ve already waited this long, might as well stick it through.
DO NOT BUY! This is a scam! I ordered years ago and still waiting. They come up with lie after lie... The lowest point was when they use the terrible war and suffering in Ukraine as a smoke screen to their criminal activity despite them being registered and based in the US. Check out their Instagram page for more evidence in the comments from other victims also on their gofundme page. AVOID THEM - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
I'm happy to send copies of emails and screen shots should you require further proof.
