I was one of the first backers on Kickstarter well before COVID-19 affected anything. Of the original 6500 produced, I should have received 4, but all 6500 were SOLD and delivered. How about getting the product to the earliest supporters? When I do hear back from them, my order will ship next month, next month, next month. Stop using COVID-19 as an excuse. Three out of 4 of my family members had it. I even had COVID-19 induced pneumonia. You know how much this slowed me down? Maybe two days. And stop blaming the Ukraine. Some of us have lost family and friends. How much has that slowed us down? None because there were no bodies to mourn and bury. For any of you that received your order in six months or less, congratulations! It’s a miracle!! I put myself down as not being a current user because I haven’t received mine yet. I’ve requested a refund for the 4 units I backed and nothing. This company is a hack. Keep away at all costs!! Can you imagine that they asked me to “upvote” their product when I hadn’t even received it yet. That was December 2021. When they said my order would be shipped in February 2022. HA! It’s almost a year and I still have NOTHING. So much for a personal promise from the owner.
