I have a serious problem with phone addiction. Hanging out on social media is my automatic response to stress, boredom and fatigue.  I was wondering what the scientific journals say on this topic? I found and read over 14 articles and formed a clear methodology for myself on how to reduce the amount of screen time. I tried the methodology on my husband and friends, and decided to put together a guide for everyone.
