WebTerm Learn runs on Next.js: 12 courses, 129 lessons and over 1,500 slide components, plus a live 3D world map, all in one App Router app. Streaming, route-level code splitting and static params let a curriculum this big load fast enough that a first-time visitor can start a lesson in a couple of seconds. It stays out of the way, which is the highest praise I have for a framework.
