NegoAgent: The intelligent negotiation platform.

Honestly, this started from personal frustration. I've taken negotiation courses — good ones from world leading institutes. The kind that cost thousands of dollars, require 3-4 days off-site and come with frameworks, role plays, and workbooks. They are great, but feel overkill in many situations and it's easy to go back to normal way of working. So I set out to build something more like a thinking partner than a course. Fast. Low friction. Something you'd actually open regularly and that cover the basics (intentions, limits, walk-away etc.) and challange your assumptions. What I didn't anticipate when I started was that there are so many innovative ways that AI-agents can be used to support the user. This allows for preparation to be done in ways that was not even possible before, such as immediate feed-back on recent events at the counterpart, and how this impact the negotiation leverage for your specific case. I'm curious — for those of you who've prepared seriously for negotiations (business, salary, procurement, whatever): are you using any specific framework for structured preparation? Would love to hear if other people find value in this in same way as I do.
