Nautis is the AI-native Operating System for founders. Manage fundraising, planning, finance, documents, meetings, CRM, hiring, and daily operations from one connected workspace. Unlike disconnected SaaS tools, every module shares one AI brain, giving you context-aware automation, smarter insights, and a Chief of Staff that understands your business—not just one app. Spend less time managing tools and more time building.

A founder operating system gets interesting when it makes decisions and follow-through visible, not just faster. The useful layer is the one that shows what changed, who owns it, and what still needs human judgment before the business treats it as done.

@krekeltronics Couldn't agree more. Speed alone isn't enough. Founders need clarity and accountability. That's why we don't want AI to just generate outputs, but to surface what changed, highlight what needs attention, track ownership, and know when a human decision is still required. We see our AI Chief of Staff as helping founders make better decisions, not making decisions on their behalf.
The fact that the AI keeps context across fundraising notes, CRM, and meeting recaps feels like a real step up from juggling Notion and HubSpot separately. Pricing tiers might be worth checking before committing though.

@melekkaraaycjc Thank you! That's exactly the experience we wanted to improve. Founders shouldn't have to jump between Notion, HubSpot, meeting notes, and spreadsheets just to prepare for an investor conversation. With one shared business context, our AI Chief of Staff already understands the latest updates across your startup.
And absolutely, it's always worth evaluating the pricing. That's why we offer a free plan so founders can explore the platform first and upgrade only when it starts creating real value for their business.
honestly this looks super useful, the all-in-one angle is exactly what early founders need. one thing i'd love though is a built-in investor update template that auto-pulls your latest metrics from the finance module so you're not copy pasting stuff every month. would save a ton of time
Nautis
@meltemdurkcnrw Thank you! That's actually very aligned with where we're headed. Our vision is for investor updates to be generated automatically from your live business data, not written from scratch every month. Metrics like runway, burn, MRR, fundraising progress, key wins, risks, hiring updates, and milestones can all be pulled from the connected modules, with AI drafting the update for you before you hit send. Definitely agree that founders shouldn't be copy-pasting the same information every month. 😊

congrats on the launch! honestly the shared context layer is the part that gets me—so many founder tools just glue a bunch of features together and call it “all-in-one.” curious to try the morning briefing, that’s the kind of thing i’d actually check every day - and can share with my team.
Nautis
@tmaleh_ Thank you so much! Really appreciate that. 😊
That was exactly our thinking. We didn't want to build another bundle of disconnected features. The goal was to create one shared business context so the AI can understand what's happening across the company, not just inside a single module.
I hope you get a chance to try the Morning Chief of Staff Briefing. The idea is to help founders start the day knowing what actually needs their attention instead of spending the first 30 minutes opening different tools. Looking forward to hearing your feedback!

Congrats on the launch Baltej. I have a feature idea... you can also make a friendly leaderboard for team members. Based on their task completion, attendance and other contributions, they can climb up the leaderboard and win team member of the month badge. :D
Nautis
@roopreddy Thank you so much! 😄 I actually like that idea. We already track tasks and other operational signals, so adding an optional gamification layer with leaderboards, badges, and monthly recognition could be a fun way to boost engagement.
We'll definitely explore it. Thanks for taking the time to share the suggestion!

@baltej_singh that framing makes more sense, shared context across tools rather than replacing them outright. the integration-without-migration part is the harder engineering problem honestly, keeping the AI's context in sync with a best-in-class tool you don't control the data model of.
Nautis
@omri_ben_shoham1 Thank you! I completely agree. That's actually one of the biggest engineering challenges.
Every external tool has its own data model, permissions, and update patterns, so a lot of the work is normalizing that information into a common business context without losing meaning. Once that's in place, the AI can reason across systems while still respecting the source of truth and user permissions. It's definitely not the easiest path, but we believe it's the right one for founders.

Congrats. Context shared across every module feels much more powerful than disconnected copilots. BTW, are you a solo maker?
Nautis
@iamanantgupta Thank you Anant! Yes, I'm building Nautis as a solo founder at the moment. It's definitely been a challenging journey, but having one connected platform instead of a collection of separate tools has always been the vision. Hopefully it makes life a little easier for other founders too.
