Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Megan, founder of Nadi. I built this because I kept noticing the same pattern in myself and the women around me: we'd plan a big presentation, a tough conversation or a heavy training week, then wonder why some weeks it felt effortless and others it felt like wading through treacle. The information explaining it was sitting in a period/menstrual cycle tracking app none of us ever opened. Nadi is a simple overlay that brings your menstrual cycle into the calendar you already live in, Google or Apple. You see your phases right alongside your meetings and plans, so you can work with your energy. A few things I cared about while building: 🔒 Privacy first: GDPR compliant, EU data storage, no selling your data ✏️ You can rename your phases to whatever language actually feels right to you, so it appears in your calendar exactly how you want it to 📅 Not another menstrual cycle tracking app, because nobody needs another one We're in beta and I'd genuinely love feedback, especially on what would make this useful enough that you'd tell one other woman about it.
