@erliza_p It first scans the nodes on the canvas to analyze the workflow and then offers optimization suggestions! For workflows with a lot of nodes, I usually break it down into sections to let it provide suggestions step-by-step, which makes the process smoother.
n8nCoder makes building workflows in n8n feel effortless—I just described what I wanted in plain language, and the AI handled the rest with smart node suggestions and smooth integration. It's a big productivity boost, especially if you're not a coder.

I agree with the steep learning curve struggle for n8n. Does this only help with tweaking existing workflows or also help with building new ones from scratch? Super useful concept either way!

n8nCoder not only helps you tweak existing workflows, but also supports building new ones from scratch.
You can simply describe what you want to do (for example, “summarize RSS news and send it to Slack”), and the AI will guide you through the steps.
It also includes a built-in search and import feature for official n8n templates, so you can quickly find similar examples to modify and making it much easier to get started.

As in general i have observed ai is terrible at generating working workflows

@subhagh_vs1Â RAG has now been introduced as a feature to find and import similar templates, so you can first import a similar template and then modify it to fully meet your needs.
Currently, RAG is not yet used to assist in generating workflows from scratch, but in future plans, there is an intention to fine-tune and train a model specifically for workflow generation!

@young_wellz Sorry for the late reply! The upcoming version will include updates to the onboarding flow and usage guide, along with fixes for several shortcut trigger bugs.
