I ordered some eth through this platform. After 48 hours, it still had not been delivered to my wallet. I emailed customer service. They, initially, told me they were sorry but it would arrive in my wallet within 15 to 20 minutes. After an hour or so, it was still not in my wallet; so, I emailed again. They replied that they don't know anything and it will take them 3-5 business days to get an answer. They would not even cancel the transaction. This company is a scam and will only steal your money. I have filed a fraud report on this company with the FTC as it is an illegitimate company.
