
Automated system couldn't verify my documents (neither passport not driver's license) so my account was locked. I contacted support offering full cooperation, they unlocked it and told me to try again, so I did. Verification failed again unfortunately (possibly because my documents contain non Latin characters, but that is not my fault) so support decided that my account is locked and that is a final decision.
