It's unbelievable how amazing this team is, they ship features super fast and the product improvements over time have been amazing.

I want to love this platform so badly. The interactivity of the guides fits my industry and use-case perfectly. However, it's just way too laggy and seems to struggle with resource management. I was only dealing with a 25-30 step document which was shortened down to 15 steps, but even at 15 steps, deleting and rearranging steps was laggy to the point that steps I didn't intend to move were being moved or steps I intended to delete actually deleted a step way further down the guide. It also appears to struggle with split panes (switching focus to a secondary pane results in a black screenshot step but oddly still records the action correctly). I didn't include audio or added video, this guide was straight screenshot steps. I would have subscribed immediately had it not of been the above. And no, my computer isn't underpowered by a long shot and I have fiber internet speed; so those can be ruled out.

I've been watching @joaquin_roca patiently iterate on this product for years and I've never seen him more excited than right now. Huge fan of this product and team! Very excited for this launch to open up the platform to create recipes and share their process knowledge. Once you start using Minerva, you'll wonder how you ever lived with out it.

Once I met the team and saw a demo of their MVP, I knew the internet wouldn't be the same. I’ve run/built numerous online products over the last decade, painstakingly created countless step by step guides for clients with screenshots/arrows etc and then still had to walk them through things on the phone/zoom as well... there had to be a better way! Now you can create any recipe (guide) you want once and share with everyone who will be guided through the process by Dottie, showing them exactly where to click onscreen. We’re proud investors to support this vision and give everyone precious hours of their lives back.

Hi there ?makers This would be perfect for onboarding our users. Is there a way we can bake Minerva into our Chrome extension? This would help us create that "aha" moment for our users very quickly I think. Thanks, and congrats on the PH #1 of the day! You definitely deserve it! Oh, and FYI, I tried to send this via email to hello@minervaknows.com but it bounced back as a "group that may not exist or [we] don't have permissions to post messages to" ... so might want to check the Google Admin distribution permissions for that email address.

Really excited to start using this product for customer conversations. Recording a loom or taking screenshots/adding arrows is a duplication of effort. - I need to record/share the instructions - The user then needs to watch + parse the instructions - The user then needs to then follow the instructions in their own instance Minerva cuts out the middle step. I can share the recipe and they can instantly jump into action. What's also great is that I can save and use the same recipe over and over again for future conversations.

What does Minerva? It creates clickable instructions for anything. Its walkthroughs are both super easy to follow along and just as easy to create. Definitely the future of SaaS walkthroughs. In the time it would take to create one demo video you could probably create a handful of Minerva recipes. Train smarter, not harder.
