I want to love this platform so badly. The interactivity of the guides fits my industry and use-case perfectly. However, it's just way too laggy and seems to struggle with resource management. I was only dealing with a 25-30 step document which was shortened down to 15 steps, but even at 15 steps, deleting and rearranging steps was laggy to the point that steps I didn't intend to move were being moved or steps I intended to delete actually deleted a step way further down the guide. It also appears to struggle with split panes (switching focus to a secondary pane results in a black screenshot step but oddly still records the action correctly). I didn't include audio or added video, this guide was straight screenshot steps. I would have subscribed immediately had it not of been the above. And no, my computer isn't underpowered by a long shot and I have fiber internet speed; so those can be ruled out.

Very interesting and user friendly interface. However, it's the same offerings as other similar platforms in different packaging in my eyes. I can see how it can be very useful and accessible for the casual user yes, but not quite for business users/applications. Reason being is because it suffers from what all the other offerings suffers from: hedging information. For example, I'm a property and casualty insurance agent and it will actively avoid deep diving into insurance research or answers and direct me to speak with an insurance professional. Like, why advertise the potential to save me time by gathering industry insights and trends but then tell me to do it myself anyways? Overall, I would say 4 stars for presentation and accessibility, 2 stars for capabilities/use case potential.

I've been satisfied with the recent updates on their UI; the changes are smart and their platform has always been fine to use. Except recently where my account was hacked; how are there no safeguard protocols when multiple key security details, like email, primary phone, and recognized devices, are deleted/changed for the first time ever and all within 5 minutes?
