Hey Product Hunt 👋
Email has become easier to send and harder to remember.
Most tools give you one of two choices: rigid templates that look like everyone else’s, or complicated builders that turn a simple campaign into a design project.
I built Memo to create a better third option.
Memo turns your ideas into a polished, send-ready design you can make completely your own.
You can generate the subject line, preview text, structure, and body copy, then customize every section, refine the writing, preview it across devices, and export it for the tools you already use.
The belief behind Memo is simple:
A message worth sending should also be worth seeing.
I’ve spent the last few months obsessing over the details that usually get ignored in email software: typography, spacing, reusable blocks, responsive behavior, editing speed, and the difference between an email that merely works and one people actually remember.
Today is still the beginning. I’d especially love your honest feedback on:
• How quickly you can move from an idea to a finished email? • What would make Memo part of your regular workflow? • Would custom landing pages & subdomains add to the value?
I’ll be here all day answering questions, listening to feedback, and improving the product.
Thanks for checking out Memo. I hope it helps you send something worth opening.
Report
Memo was exactly what I needed while preparing my site for launch.
What stands out most is how easily it lets you create emails that stay true to your branding. Setting up a Brand Kit and then building campaigns around it feels simple and consistent. I’m not constantly fighting to keep colors, fonts, and overall look aligned.
I’m able to put emails together quickly without sacrificing brand consistency.
Curious to see how the brand kits and templates evolve as more people use the product. It seems like the sky is the limit on providing useful building blocks.
Most email tools focus on the sending, but leave the actual design and approval process feeling totally broken—especially if you're an agency or managing multiple brand guidelines.
That’s what makes Memo.ly stand out. It’s a dedicated email design studio that fits seamlessly into your existing workflow without asking you to switch sending platforms.
Here’s why the build impressed me:
Zero workflow disruption: You build on-brand, high-converting emails, then export clean HTML straight to the ESP you already use.
One-link approvals: No more endless screenshot feedback loops. You send one link to clients or internal stakeholders for review, tweaks, and sign-off.
Built-in QA: You run a final check right inside the studio before anything ever touches the customer's inbox.
It takes the administrative pain out of production and lets creative teams focus on building campaigns that look incredible.
In a space full of generic builders, Memo.ly feels like a real step up for agencies and marketing teams tired of fighting rigid templates. Definitely worth checking out!

minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
Hey. How would you differentiate between Mailchimp and Beehiiv, as they are big players and also enable a lot of changes in the design? :)
