We built meinfeedback.com because our team needed a practical 360° feedback tool. The solutions we had access to were either too complex or far too expensive. Feedback is valuable – but in reality, many tools create barriers instead of lowering them. We started with a very small internal version focused on simplicity and adoption rather than depth. Over time, we added features (like custom questions and AI interpretation) based on real use. Today, it’s intentionally minimal but already used by 500+ people from different industries. The goal was never to create the “most advanced” tool – but one that gets used. → Currently the tool is in German.
