Thanks for sharing your experience so openly — we genuinely appreciate the feedback.
I’d like to clarify one important point regarding the “unlimited sending” concern. Mailercloud does offer scalable sending, but for all new accounts, we apply an initial daily sending limit. This is a standard protection measure used across the email industry to safeguard deliverability for all users on the platform.
The temporary 5,000 emails/day limit is part of our anti-spam and reputation protection policy. It helps us ensure that new accounts build sender reputation properly before scaling up. Once usage patterns are verified and the account establishes healthy sending behavior, limits are reviewed and increased accordingly.
Our priority is to protect the inbox placement and reputation of every customer — especially our long-term users — and that requires careful monitoring of new accounts.
Regarding support, I’m sorry to hear it felt impersonal. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. We take customer communication seriously, and feedback like this helps us improve.
We’re always open to reviewing individual cases and explaining how scaling works, because for high-volume senders, a proper warm-up and reputation strategy is essential for long-term success.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
