Lottie Creator 2.0
Launched this week
Yes, we're calling it: After Effects for the web. Design vector animations from scratch in your browser, move faster with Motion Copilot AI, wire up interactivity with State Machines, and export production-ready Lottie + dotLottie. No desktop app. No dev handoff.

Finally a tool that makes handing off animations to devs painless. Loved how the live preview updates as I tweak the JSON, no more exporting and re-uploading.
the workspace itself feels really well considered, like the preview area and the timeline are right where you'd want them. honestly the collaboration angle is what sold me, shipping lotties with a team used to be a mess.

Hey product hunters, so stoked to see what you’ll be creating with Creator!
Been experimenting a lot with the Motion Copilot myself. As someone without motion design experience, being able to quickly animate and iterate ideas has been really fun. Can’t wait to see how it fares in the hands of everyone else, whether you’re a seasoned motion designer, a complete beginner or somewhere in between!
@leemjenli This is amazing work. I will definitely play more!
Motion Copilot has become part of my daily workflow. I use it almost every day to kickstart ideas and explore new concepts. Excited to see more people give it a try!

@haleeza_hadzis1 Thank you for this comment and all your support, Haleeza!
@haleeza_hadzis1 I agree! It’s exciting to finally see Creator 2.0 live. Looking forward to hearing what the community thinks and seeing what everyone creates with it.
Huge release! As a dev who lacks the time to learn complex image processing software, the Motion Copilot has made it genuinely easier for me get the small little animations that I need in my workflow. Plus, the graph editor is quite neat for fine tuning the easing functions.
You mention wanting to automate the repetitive work while keeping creators "in the driver's seat." Was there a feature you deliberately chose not to automate because you felt it should remain a creative decision?

Directly gonna share this with our team of designers :)
@busmark_w_nika Your team might especially love the Motion System inside Creator 2.0. It lets teams standardize color, easing, and motion presets in one place. Would love to hear what they think!
