Sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience with the tool. I looked into this and seems like it's related to a temporary issue with some particularly large files not showing up/ rendering on the dashboard, and therefore 'appeared' to not be saved.
We have since addressed this issue and happy to help retrieve/restore the last-saved version of your file to your dashboard if it's still not showing up. Simply send an email to support@lottielab.com and we'll follow up.
Nonetheless, I can imagine how frustrating it feels to have worked on something and it appears to just be 'gone'. The experience you had is below the standard we set for ourselves.
