You can also define your own sequence and preferences directly in chat. This helps protect connected accounts and maintain deliverability as volume grows
@Nora Yu that's a genuinely reassuring answer, most tools in this space either dodge the compliance question or bury it in a TOS nobody reads. one follow-up - when a user does hit an opt-out or unsubscribe request on one channel (say email), does Lev8 propagate that as a do-not-contact flag across the other connected channels too, or is opt-out tracked per-channel and left to the user to cross-reference manually?
