Great product, not sure about pricing in hours? Isn't that going to confuse the user? Why not just make it a flat per user fee? At the end of the day, humans only have a certain hours a day?

@garywillmott Hi Gary. Great question. Since we are focused on tutoring companies/tutors in general, we have aligned the way we price our product to how they bill their customers, which is usually on a per-hour (or per-lesson) basis.
