I never planned to build another CRM! After years in sales and product, I grew frustrated with expensive per-user pricing, bloated features, and dashboards full of vanity metrics while deals still stalled. So I built justcrm—a simple CRM with actionable insights that help teams move deals forward. No pricing that punishes growth. Try it free for a year, and if it helps your business, pay one simple flat fee.

This isn't just another CRM launch & I never planned to build another CRM! — it's the result of years of frustration with expensive per-user pricing, bloated features, and dashboards that rarely help sales teams take action.
I am already using justcrm internally every day to manage my own sales. I believe in eating my own dog food—if it doesn't make my work easier, it doesn't belong in the product.
I'd genuinely love your honest feedback. Try it, break it, question it, and tell me what works (and what doesn't). Every suggestion will help shape justcrm into a product people actually enjoy using.

the flat fee model is a nice change from per-seat headaches. one thing that would make this a no-brainer for me though is a lightweight gmail or outlook plugin so i can log emails to contacts without ever opening a new tab
Love the flat fee model, that's a huge win for small teams. One thing that would really help me as a user though is a built-in follow-up reminder system that nudges you when a deal has gone quiet for like a week or two. Right now I have to remember on my own which contacts need a check in, and stuff definitely slips through the cracks that way.
honestly love the flat fee angle, that's a real pain point. one thing though, would be great if you could add a simple mobile view for logging quick call notes on the go, kinda like a lightweight notifier so you're not stuck typing into tiny fields on your phone.

finally tried justcrm and the flat fee model alone is refreshing, but what actually got me was how the deal insights actually point to next steps instead of just showing charts. solid stuff honestly

Flat fee pricing is a breath of fresh air, and the deal focus actually feels useful instead of just another dashboard of vanity numbers. Setup took me about ten minutes.

@rukiyebilda3cj Yes real pain point for per seat pricing.
