the flat fee model is a nice change from per-seat headaches. one thing that would make this a no-brainer for me though is a lightweight gmail or outlook plugin so i can log emails to contacts without ever opening a new tab
honestly love the flat fee angle, that's a real pain point. one thing though, would be great if you could add a simple mobile view for logging quick call notes on the go, kinda like a lightweight notifier so you're not stuck typing into tiny fields on your phone.
Flat fee pricing is a breath of fresh air, and the deal focus actually feels useful instead of just another dashboard of vanity numbers. Setup took me about ten minutes.
