@jozef_balaz So helpful for catching patterns early Can I set alerts for recurring issues or dips in sentiment?
@molly_jordan1 Hey Molly, our platform is doing AI sentiment assessment by creating a score for each candidate. If there is dip in a sentiment, it is reflected by seeing dip in a score. But we don't have any notification about it.
This is such an exciting way to tackle hiring bias great job. How does it take into account nonverbal cues like tone or eye contact during the avatar interviews?
@milton_fisher Hi Milton, we are EU Startup and we are compliant with the law, so some features like Emotion detection from non verbal cues is strictly prohibited, so we are not doing it.
Our system apart of the Scoring rubric is analyzing:
Sentiment of the transcript
Speech agains the native speaker
Speaking patters (if you are a good speaker or not)

I love the concept. Can hiring teams tweak the interview questions and scoring models or is everything fully automated?
@ruby_westwood Hi Ruby, YES. We have generative AI that will prepare draft of the interview, Scoring rubric, questions using position name and job description, and afterwards you can customize / edit it in our admin. We have lot of enterprise features like multi lingual interview (avatar is switching between languages in the middle of the chat), conditional questions and many more features. What type of real time feedback does the system offer?
Are we talking about tone analysis, keyword coverage or something more in depth?
@thea_cartwright Oh it is much more in depth. You as a recruiter will finetune AI generated questions and scoring rubric + we have full knowledge base support, so you upload information about the company, position, recruitment process etc.
In the realtime, candidate is answering questions, avatar is asking followup questions when candidate is not detailed enough and even candidate can ask anything about the company and avatar will respond in the realtime. How do you manage edge cases, like candidates with speech differences or those who might feel uneasy with AI led interviews? Is there a way to involve a human if needed?
@molly_jordan1 Hey Molly, we are working on a feature, where recruiter will be able to join the interview in the realtime and ask custom questions in the realtime. Are you interested to utilize this feature?
