That’s why I am here today, super proud and happy to introduce Jobful’s newest product, which emphasizes candidates holistic assessment rather than being a pile of words in a CV, in a fun and targeted way. Is this a job recruting software that you are selling which I can get on a own domain?

@chris_almeland Thank you for your question. The model is indeed SaaS, the solution being customizable (based on your Brand book) and it can be deployed your own domain or subdomain, similar to Hubspot blog. Is this what you were asking? :)

@chris_almeland The solution has multi language functionality so it can be translated in any language. However, we don't have Norwegian expertise, we'll have to work together for the translation (less than 2-3 days). You can also reach out to mihai@jobful.io to continue the discussion if it's simpler.

@vladojsem Totally agree that innovation is required! We have developed multiple AI components, most notably a knowledge graph for the HR industry. We use the representations in it to train various models down the line, like recommenders (matching candidates to jobs and vice-versa), a response likelihood predictor & others. Ah, I've been waiting for this moment Mihai, Ioan, and the rest of the Jobful team! What you've built and are continuing to build is unlike the candidate experience most career sites have to offer to candidates today. I've spent the last 3 months+ talking with Jobful on a weekly basis, and they've got something special folks. Candidates crave a consumer-like experience (think Netflix, Amazon, Spotify) and adding gamification to the career site is going to create more engagement, less applicant drop off, and an easier way to tap into a talent pool that is spending time getting engrossed in your culture, brand, and experience. Plus, don't even get me started on the recruiter efficiencies and the work toward eliminating bias by providing best-match applicants in an anonymized fashion to the recruiting team using the platform. So proud of the Jobful team, and can't wait to keep following the journey!

@kristina_finseth1 thank you so much for your support and guidance. It's been some crazy and fulfilling 3 months on so many levels. There are indeed so many challenges in talent acquisition that has to be tackled only by smart technology and engaging systems. Our main further assumption here is straightforward: While the future is more ambivalent and uncertain than ever, we are confident that a pretty strong bet on the future is to focus on reskilling and upskilling talent so that they are better equipped to adjust to change.
