@tdajani Hey Tarek, thanks so much for your feedback - yes currently user would post their feedback directly to the board (you'll see a black circle with a plus in it - on all boards). We are working on adding integration so you'll be able to add feedback from your API, Github, Jira and many more

@lukesammy Hey Luke, anytime. Yes I think the integration would be cool, like for example, I can put an integration icon in my website in a certain page and then users can directly put their feedback and maybe (do a small survey, if they want) while they are still in my website (like maybe a pop up thing like chat) and also, if they want, they can check other users feedback (which would only then send them to the dashboard) and they comment or vote and stuff. For me I would definitely use something like that in my upcoming website. Just a quick suggestion :)

@nurijanian Thanks! We have used Trello in the past but we found it limiting when using it to consolidate feedback and provide our end users with the information we felt was important to them. The features we added so far are: - public voting & commenting (to massively improve user feedback engagement) - de-duplication/ filtering (to help manage similar feedback requests) - fine grain control over what is public/ private (allowing internal company feedback on the same board, as well as internal discussion on public feedback) - much greater customisation (to make your companies board match your branding) - and many more things like integrations to come We thought Trello was a good start and we like the look and feel of it, which is why it looks quite similar, but we're hoping our product is much more powerful on the feedback front. We're excited to build the best user feedback tool out there so any suggestions we'd love to hear them!!
