Insumo is a personalized productivity and habit-building assistant that works with your existing productivity tools. It's designed to streamline your daily tasks, habits, and routines, making your day more organized and productive. Key Features: ➢ Task Organization: Insumo allows you to organize your day in tasks, picking from a pool of your calendar events, to-dos, and habits. It considers every item as a task, allowing for a more actionable approach with a higher propensity for completion. ➢ Integration with Existing Tools: Insumo works with Todoist, Asana, Google Calendar, and more. You can create your tasks directly on Insumo and add them to your board, seeing your to-dos and calendar events all in one place. ➢ Habit Building: Insumo helps you build and maintain habits. Completing all your tasks for the day gets you started on a streak, motivating you to continue completing your daily tasks. ➢ Personalized Recommendations: Insumo's AI interface analyzes your personalized data and patterns to build custom recommendations. It considers your characteristic metrics, agenda & schedule trends, and habit library action patterns. ➢ Discover Page: Insumo's Discover page allows you to explore trending habit challenges, read into the habit of the day, and find personalized tips & tricks to enhance your productivity. As someone who hasn't tried the product yet, Insumo seems to be a promising tool for individuals looking to improve their productivity and habit-building. It appears to offer a comprehensive solution for task organization and habit formation. However, I have a few questions to understand the product more: ➢ How does Insumo ensure the privacy and security of the user's data? ➢ Can Insumo integrate with other productivity tools not mentioned on the website? ➢ How does the AI in Insumo generate personalized recommendations? Can users customize these recommendations?
Planning a day is quite a difficult task. More so when one is freelancing like myself. Insumo AI is quite a clever little app that thankfully integrates with Asana, Google Calendar and Notion at the same time. And the yearly pricing is pretty competitive too! Wish the team all the best for the launch!
Wow, Insumo sounds like an incredible tool! As a non-user, I must say I'm impressed by the features it offers. The concept of having a lifeline to regain control over tasks is so appealing, especially in today's busy world where productivity is key. The idea of dropping tasks into the inbox and then easily allocating them to a daily board in just five minutes sounds like a game-changer. I often find myself overwhelmed by the number of tasks I need to manage, so having a tool that streamlines this process would be a dream come true. Timeboxing is something I've heard about, but never really tried. With Insumo's simple drag and drop feature for timeboxing, it sounds much more accessible and less intimidating. Being able to customize my day for optimal efficiency is exactly what I need to stay on top of things. And the integration with Todoist and Asana is a huge bonus! Many of us already use these platforms, so having the ability to seamlessly bring everything together in Insumo is brilliant. But wait, AI assisting in optimal timeboxing? That's like having a personal productivity coach right at my fingertips! Overall, I must say I'm tempted to give Insumo a try. The promise of revolutionizing task management and boosting productivity is hard to resist. Kudos to the team behind this product for coming up with such an innovative and user-friendly solution. I can see why it's generating a lot of buzz on Product Hunt. Great job, Insumo!
This _could be_ the perfect timeboxing/tasks management app. The whole idea of facilitating the allocation of tasks to your calendar is excellent. And yes, this could be a gamechanger, especially for people with ADHD. But there are so many serious usability problems needed to weed out (win11, Brave) for seamless usage that I just switched back to adding the calendar items manually *sad music playing*. I would hire a UX consultant for an audit and then fix the errors. Otherwise an excellent idea. Feature request: Timer on the tasks with the possibility to overflow like in RoutineFlow.
I'm amazed by the simplicity and effectiveness of Imsumo! 🌟 Just dedicating 5 minutes each morning to plan my day has transformed my productivity. The drag and drop system makes organizing tasks, calendar events, and routines a breeze. No more scattered to-do lists! Thank you for creating this fantastic tool. 🙌 #Imsumo #DailyPlanner #ProductivityBoost"
