@vasyl_r_ this is super cool - congrats on launching! I have a few feedback items for you, if you want to DM me or set up a time to chat (Unnat Bak from Revscale). There are some spelling mistakes that I think could be fixed with a simple QA run through, but also in terms of the UX and usability, I think there is something to be improved upon (maybe try Intercom's product walkthrough node to help someone set up a bot and actually trigger it) so they can see how easy it is to use the platform.

IngestAI is such a neat and brilliant idea. To have a no-code ChatGPT-like bot for our on slack or discord community is game changing. @vasyl_r_ Congratulations on the launch of your project. I have signed up and created a Telegram Bot for it but I am having difficulty with the response accuracy. I am using a Markdown format for the knowledge base content and the answers are not always relevant. When I run a request to see how it picks the answer from the request log, it cuts down most of the relevant content and gives unclear answers. Is there any other format or method I can use to ensure more accurate responses?

Concerning your question - the quality of responses depends on many factors (sorry, we still to improve our documentation..), like chunk size, temperature (level of creativity), overlaps (that helps to pass context form one chunk to another though out your splitted text), size of your knowledge base (and how 'clean' is it), and some more 'hyper parameters' that you can play around with.
