Most PTO trackers make you create an account, invite your team, and pay per seat just to see who is off next week. ILovePTO runs entirely in your browser: no signup, no database, every record stays on your device. It computes the hard parts for you: accruals, first year proration, carryover caps, public holidays and clash warnings. Free forever because there is nothing to host.

Hi Product Hunt. I built ILovePTO after watching small teams manage time off the same way everywhere: a spreadsheet that one person maintains, with formulas nobody remembers writing, and a yearly argument about whose balance is wrong.
The math is the actual problem. Prorated first years, monthly accrual, carryover caps: spreadsheets get these wrong quietly. ILovePTO computes all of it and shows the whole team's year as one calendar strip, with warnings when too many people book the same week.
Two decisions I care about: there is no signup, and there is no database. Everything lives in your browser and exports to CSV for payroll or JSON for backup. Your roster never touches a server, which also means the tool costs nothing to run and can stay free.
I would love to hear what breaks or what is missing. There is a feedback form on the site and I read everything. Thanks for checking it out.
