So many cool things get launched on Product Hunt on the daily but sometimes it can be hard to see the niche products or those that aren't always on the top of the leaderboard. I built huntFilter to let Product Hunt fans easily discover new products, regardless of their ranking! Shuffle lets you shake up the home page so you can quickly see what's new, and perhaps find something that will catch your eye. Hide allows you to hide launches you've already seen so it keeps the homepage fresh with new and unexplored launches! Products are marked "seen" once you've clicked on them. Drop a comment with any suggestions or feedback! THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL BTW !!! Built this on my own free time and for funsies.

@ashitvora I kept visiting the tab and wishing I could just see things I haven’t seen before without scrolling the page, so I built the hide to reduce products on page and shuffle so I don’t have to scroll :)

@kyrylosilin thank you! So the shuffle feature is truly random, but by “hiding seen” you’ll always get products you haven’t clicked into before. Maybe for a future update I can add some positioning logic to ensure that launches are always placed in a new spot each time. PS - it launched a little early, waiting on Chromestore to approve an updated version before launching.

Congratulations on the launch of huntFilter! The features you’ve implemented sound incredibly useful. Do users need to click on a product for it to be marked as "seen," or is it enough just to have it appear on their screen?
