I've been using Hiresweet to hire for the growth team over at @livestormapp and have been really satisfied with it. The strong points for me: 1. Support is outstanding, you know they are both here to help + plan for their next improvements according to your feedbacks. 2. It works surprisingly well. As long as you have a precise idea of the ideal candidate, the results you'll get can be very precise. Personally, even the candidates that were no match often helped me better understand the hard skills and experience I valued vs those I didn't. 3. The outreach feature is simple yet effective. Creating a template and variables is easy, and the response rate I got is often very high. 4. They also pre-validate specific candidates which is often appreciated as you'll get additional insights from them from the get go. All in all, definitely a company to watch in this space. And I recommend anyone who needs to hire and scout talent to give it a try.
