I want to take the time to congratulate Jay, John, and the Highlight team. We have been using Highlight at District Zero since early days. As an avid user of behavioral analytic tools like Google, Mixpanel, Kochava, etc. - I was immediately drawn to the privacy/data redacted feature on highlight. This allows us to enhance our user experience without compromising user privacy. Another great feature is the slack alerts. We use this feature to stay updated on power user sessions, real-time UX bugs, and new user acquisition. At first we had all alerts on- but then optimized. Finally, and most importantly, John and Jay are super responsive and go above and beyond for support. The product is always growing. This is a smart team and I believe you will enjoy trusting them. Hey Hunters! Highlight is a tool I wish I had as a frontend/product engineer. I hated the time spent tracking down repro steps, especially for those gnarly bugs. Highlight gives me the full picture of what's going on from the frontend to the backend all in a single place. I'm super excited for y'all to check out Highlight. If y'all run into any bugs, I'll definitely be using Highlight to help fix them.

Highlight is a tool I wish I had as a developer - I hated trying to reproduce bugs and hounding people for more information and this would have saved me so much time! Jay and team have built an incredibly easy to use product that solves a big painpoint for developers. I know so many companies that are actively using Highlight and have commented on it being the easiest to install and best user experience. Congrats on the launch - excited to see the future of Highlight.

If you like to have the best product and team to back you up when debugging errors 📊 the error frequency feature is super helpful plus the # of users affected allows our team to prioritize and take action 2. If you like to better understand your users' experience and share those amongst your team to collaborate on how to make those experiences better 💬 the comment feature has been incredibly helpful, you can leave a note for yourself and push it to any Slack channel of your choice and aggregate these patterns as insights for your team 📣 the alerts feature, soooo goood! - more automated version of tracking using properties defined in your app 📈 I can keep going, but most of all their app is just so beautifully designed, I always check the dashboard just cause ✨ and very insightful 💡 3. Lastly, Highlight's built for the privacy and security of your customers 🔒 the strict privacy mode feature really ups it for our team

The whole team always listens to our necessities. The product is constantly improving and it's pretty helpful to catch a lot of behaviors from our users which lead to bugs and we can easily replicate checking the sessions. Congrats!!!
