I was definitely skeptical about using "another AI generating tool" when I approached HeyGen. However, being massively interested in the technology - I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Wow! I elected to go with a custom avatar creation. I expected the result to be similar to the stock stiff, cheesy AI talking avatars you see on other sites. Instead, I was blown away. I created a very short sample clip and sent it around to a few friends to ask about how they thought "my delivery was" in the video I was working on. Not a single one realized it was AI - and even challenged me on it after I told them. The modeling that HeyGen has done is top-notch. The new integration with Canva now makes this a must-have for any team that's actively posting on social media. You can literally create fresh content in seconds - that looks and feels live!

They are nbot presenting available options under different subscription plans correctly. I first subscribed to your Heygen Creator plan to use video translation with proofread, as it was listed as available under that plan Then, when I wanted to use that function it directed me to upgrade to your business plan, presenting Proofread option as available, so I upgraded. I tried again and now I got an answer that the feature is reserved to Enterprise plan.

We just love HeyGen, we have an autistic child that sometimes will close off and not talk for long periods, but now using the HeyGen Avatar generator, even when he is being silent, He will create these Amazing Videos with your app that allow Him to Speak as His Avatar when he is inside of his silent times! Thank you HeyGen, for giving us a very Amazing, Easy and Artful way for @Makai2009 to communicate.! That Part Right There!!!

For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers

Reviews saying that Heygen doesn't have great support are lies, I use Heygen almost daily and am testing their new technology and support is very active, emails are always within a few hours. They have ample resources to teach you their platform and how to do things. The quality of the software is excellent and the service it provides saves time and money with their avatars, they are constantly updating and doing webinars explaining the updates.

I'm really excited to use the new Canva features and HeyGen possibilities but the integration moves some parts of the design to another level. The funny thing is that the level looks super professional but the effort is close to null. No pro software learning, no experience, no group of people to help, just sit, type, import, move a little left and a little right and you're good to go.
