I filled out the questionnaire and had someone respond telling me that they couldn't help me because they only prescribe one medication at a time..... I'm not currently on any medications so this didn't make sense to me and when I said that and asked for clarification, they never responded. So now this website who won't do anything for me has my cc info. There is no way for you to delete your payment info yourself, I had to go through the pathways to get customer support to delete it after asking them twice. This whole experience just seems really fishy and I don't trust the website. 0/10 would recommend.
This company does not give a clear description on what a free trial means. Once you give your credit card you cannot delete your credit card, nor can you cancel your subscription! Do not use them!!
They wouldnt perscribe me the meds i literally already take and told me to go to the dr. What is the point of this app then? I dont want to have to physically go to the dr every time i need my meds refilled.
SCAM

Review of Hers
Decided to try them out. Whatever you do do not get on a subscription. I've tried to call and cancel. No one picks up. To cancel a subscription , you have to remember to keep postponing every month until it expires. Scam
Because of my severe depression and anxiety accompanied with my Bi-Polar, they’re unable to help me. I’ve been unable to get into a clinic or a therapists office because the wait lists are over 9 months and I’ve almost given up on everything entirely because I can’t keep living like this. I’ve been so depressed lately and I saw the commercial on tv and figured why not, maybe I could FINALLY get some help after being dropped by my doctor and therapist both. Boy was I sadly mistaken.
“Thank you for answering all
the questions up to this point.
Unfortunately, you are not a
candidate for treatment
through our platform at this
time.
We know this is disappointing and can be
frustrating, but we want to ensure that you
are getting the right care and sometimes
that means seeing a provider in person.”
Maybe I could if COVID didn’t royally fuck is all over.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, I’ve been trying to contact my provider for 3 days to get a refill. Complete radio silence- no responses. I need my refill & am suffering from Nausea and Dizziness due to being unable to refill my prescription. The providers do not care about you and are impossible to get ahold of. For a company that preaches mental health support, they are LIARS. Do not give them your business, they do not have your mental health in their interests.
Do not, I repeat, do not, go into a customer relationship with this company as they are not interested in helping you mentally if anything they are a part of the problem. Customer service is slow, and uncaring of your situation, especially to claim they have concern for your diagnosed mental state. The don't care do don't bother. They are posting their ads to places like facebook making people believe their services are beneficial when they are anything but, and then to read that after I have been stressing to gain service with them and other people say the medications, they provided don't even work. I can't get a representative to help and get an order processed. The claim that someone is going to work on it and process it, but it never happens. Just don't do it!
