Customer "support" is absolute trash. They pushed back my current order without my knowledge and now I'm going to have to go an extra week without the product that they would gladly charge me for. Scam company, scam customer service. Use happy head or keeps instead. Cheaper and their customer service is actually worth a damn.

Good concept, poor execution. Slow shipping and highway robbery pricing. Immediately cancelled after the first shipment (too late to cancel after seeing slow shipping date) and I wish I didn't order in the first place. After I went to another provider for the same treatment, it was clear how much more Hims was ripping me off. Customer service couldn't return the shipment back to themselves to give me a refund. Should've done more research upfront. Hoping this helps someone else considering Hims. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Hims products are a gimic and do not work. I've tried their products for over a year with no noticeable results. Their products only makes your hair grow faster but no new growth. Just longer hair. It's a waste of money. Falls ads and no returns. Once you subscribe, its almost a fight to cancel. They don't make it easy. Awful customer service. I will never use them again or recommend them to any one.

Terrible customer service. I needed to cancel my order due to issues I may have with the treatment and medication I currently take. I cancelled within 10 minutes and after 5 emails and several submissions on their contact page, I still haven't received a response. They're quick enough to take your money, but make it nigh on impossible to cancel or get a refund. There's no phone number, no live chat options. It's done on purpose so they can ship the product out and then deny you a refund under the banner of it being "prescription based" and therefore impossible to sell on after they've shipped the item. You can't even change your card details or close your account without emailing them. What company does that in the 21st century? It's set up that way to scam you. Stay well clear. Go to a more reputable source that actually values customer service.

Was thinking about getting HIMS, however after seeing/reading ALL the bad reviews, I definitely will avoid.

I bought it without looking into the reviews. They showed all positive reviews on their website. I have ordered the hair spray with great excitement. first, they mentioned its monthly payment subscription, but after two days they charged for 6 months' supply at a time. I reached them back and they are not convinced about the payment plan. what they mentioned while ordering is different and what happened is different. That is ok, I am compromised with the payment. I received the product in 5 days and i started the treatment on the same day. The next day I sprayed again and tried to massage gently with my fingers. OMG, I could see all the hair in my hand. I was panicked and shocked. Immediately I took head bath and i still see hair fall. Whatever the little hair i had, almost cleared 30% of them. Really depressed of this situation. I was struggling with hair fall and its like hitting with a hard stone my head with this adverse effect. Guys, please be careful. Being a medical research professional I got ditched with this product, cant imagine a common man.

***UPDATE*** Went to leave negative reviews on their social media outlets, and was blocked immediately. What does that say for them? It's a complete scam. I told them it was burning/causing damage to my skin, and basically got told by their nurse practitioner, "Too bad for you. Stop using the product." No apology, no solution, nothing. Worse still, they sent me more product, for a treatment they know I can't use, and refuse to refund me/take back their unopened package of garbage.

Hello Hims, I am fine with the cancelation and won’t make any other purchases. As I mentioned, it didn’t only cause headache but spinning and nausea. See what o have gained from this subscription so far; 1. Discomfort/ailment as I am still feeling that spinning effect. 2. Money that bought me all the hassle 3. Time and inconvenience for follow ups as two times the shipments were not delivered since the operations dept of hims shipped to a wrong address. All this deserves a relevant review and rating so that others are informed!

Total scam they suggested I do not use the product I purchased. However, the doctor's advice not to use the product came "AFTER" I had already placed the order. No refund offer and no alternatives; essentially a scam. They're filth...

The “physician” never mentioned that you cannot be around pregnant women during the hair treatment until after my order processed. No returns. Straight up scam. Horrible customer service. Unopened product they claimed I couldn’t send back. .
