Quick heads-up: I'm having trouble downloading it from your website. Not sure what happened, but clicking 'Download for Mac' doesn't seem to work for me. I really want to try Henji 🥹 can you check if there is anything can do to help this?

So it turns out all the love Henji's been getting on PH today brought a big spike of traffic, and that overload was exactly what was breaking the download for a bit. Mystery solved! 🙏
I've pushed a fix, so it should be working now. Whenever you get a sec, could you give 'Download for Mac' another try? If anything's still off, just shout and I'll jump right back on it.

On the UI side, honestly nothing fancy to share — I mostly just leaned on Claude Code and shadcn/ui 😅 Pretty analog, so might not be that helpful!
For models, Henji orchestrates GPT, Gemini, and Claude together, routing to the best one for each task.
And great catch on the Privacy/ToS 500s 🙏 — fixing those right now. Really appreciate you flagging it!
The vocabulary is the easy part to clone. What gives every "sounds like me" tool away is rhythm... mine runs short, then one long messy sentence, with the odd typo I'd never let a model clean up. I'm obsessive about my stuff never reading as AI, and that smoothness is the giveaway every time. Is Henji learning my rhythm and timing, or mostly my word choice?

@luca_capone This is exactly the right question — and you nailed it. Vocabulary is the easy 20%; rhythm and timing are where most tools fall apart.
Henji does learn structure, not just words. How you tend to open, how long that first line usually runs, whether you reach for bullet points or keep everything in one long unbroken sentence — it picks up those patterns. It also shifts by who you're replying to: the persona and the temperature of the relationship change the output, so a reply to a close friend doesn't come out in the same shape as one to a client.
The one thing it does not do yet: deliberate typos. You're right that a model's instinct is to smooth everything, and intentionally leaving in a mistake you'd keep on purpose is a real gap. Honestly such a good point that I'm dropping it straight into my feature inbox. 🙏
