About a year ago, we were teaching our new customers how to use one of our other products. Throughout the entire process, we noticed that UI can get very confusing upon the first launch, especially if the application is feature-rich. A major negative outcome from it, is that users seem to underestimate how much they can benefit from a certain application. When searching for a tool to solve this online, we could not find anything simple and straightforward to use that creates user guides for native applications, mostly only for web apps. So, we decided, hey, why not create something ourselves?
